  • Our patented online technology creates customized resistance training workouts using the equipment already available in your club. ActivTrax staff will inventory and number the resistance equipment at your location.  Once activated into the ActivTrax system, each time a member arrives at the gym they receive a new workout telling them exactly which number machine to use, how to set the weights, and the number of repetitions to perform.  The workouts progress with a member to make confusion and boredom a thing of the past.
